Using Dewmint apps

By using a Dewmint app, you agree to use it lawfully and for its intended purpose. Dewmint Money is intended for your own personal record keeping. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Your information and decisions

You choose what information to enter and are responsible for its accuracy, legality, and appropriate use. Dewmint Money is a record-keeping tool, not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using the app.

Local storage

Financial records are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Dewmint Money. Dewmint Money does not collect personally identifiable information, show ads, or provide your financial records to advertising or analytics SDKs. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for any device-level backup or migration you enable. Removing the app, losing the device, or device failure may permanently remove data.

Dewmint Money Pro purchases

Dewmint Money Pro is available through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase handled by Apple or Google through RevenueCat. Subscriptions continue until cancelled in the app-store account. Store purchase rules, payment methods, refunds, and family-sharing availability are controlled by the applicable store. Restore Purchases uses the store account currently signed in on this device.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions settings. Cancellation takes effect according to the applicable store’s rules and does not generally refund a period already purchased.

App availability

Dewmint Money is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that it will meet every financial record-keeping requirement.

Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dewmint Money’s provider is not responsible for indirect loss, financial decisions, inaccurate entries, device failure, or loss of locally stored data arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited in your country.

Store terms

Your use of the app is also subject to the rules of the store from which you downloaded it. Where those rules provide additional consumer rights or protections, those rights and protections continue to apply.

Changes

The app and these terms may change as Dewmint Money develops. Material changes will be presented in the app or its store listing. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
