Privacy Policy

Stored on your device

Dewmint Money stores your accounts, transactions, categories, and settings in the app’s private storage on this device. Dewmint Money does not upload or transmit your financial records, and its core features work offline.

No personal-data collection or ads

Dewmint Money does not ask you to create an account and does not collect names, email addresses, account profiles, or other information that directly identifies you. The app shows no advertising and includes no advertising or analytics SDK that receives your financial records.

Purchases

When purchase features are configured, RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play process purchase status, a randomly generated app user ID, and technical request data needed to unlock or restore Dewmint Money Pro. Dewmint Money does not provide RevenueCat with a name, email address, or account profile, and does not send it accounts, transactions, categories, notes, or exports.

Purchase providers process this limited information under their own policies. You can review the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy, and Google Privacy Policy.

Device backups and exports

Your device operating system may copy app data through device backups or migrations that you control. Screenshots, any exports you create, and access to an unlocked device are outside Dewmint Money's control. Backup and migration data is handled by your device platform according to your settings and the platform provider's policies.

Retention and deletion

Financial records remain in the app's private storage for as long as you keep them there. You can remove individual records using the app's controls. Uninstalling the app removes its local data from the device, subject to any device backup or migration copy you chose to create.

Dewmint does not hold a server-side copy of your financial records and therefore cannot retrieve or delete those records for you. Purchase providers retain transaction and technical information according to their legal obligations and their own retention policies.

Security

Dewmint Money uses the private application storage provided by your device operating system. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, maintaining its security updates, and choosing whether to enable device backups.

Support communications

If you contact Dewmint by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your request, maintain the security and reliability of the app, and meet legal obligations. Please do not include financial records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a support message.

Support correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate support record, unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the address below, subject to any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

Children's privacy

Dewmint Money is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not operate user accounts or receive financial records, Dewmint cannot identify the age of a person using a device.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as Dewmint Money develops. Material changes will be presented in the app or its store listing.
